I've stopped being so annoyed at the young people in my group therapy and instead I am trying to find them amusing. Their insecurity and cynicism sometimes drives me around the bend, and their self-centeredness and boring stories - ugh, maybe I am still annoyed. I know them better now, though, so I care about what's going on with them.
We did a guided meditation where you were supposed to see your spirit guide, and what should happen in my meditation but a leprechaun popping out from behind a large rock! I think he was there to remind me to laugh. I told everyone about my leprechaun and there was an uneasy silence, into which I said "I know, it's bizarre..." because they don't really know me that well, since I don't say much. Finally some people laughed with me and it was all right. Yes, I'm crazy, but at least we can find some things funny, right?
We got to talking about music and I did not tell them how I used to be a punk rocker when I was their age and really, I'm so much cooler than they are despite the fact that I'm now 42 years old.
I went to Target to buy underwear and juice, and came back home to the decision that I would manufacture my own damn enchiladas instead of reheating the frozen ones from Trader Joe's. I know how to make them and have all the ingredients, so what the heck? Now I can smell them cooking and it's heavenly. I'll eat them for the next few meals.
I had no idea there existed such snobbery with regard to the look of spirit guides. Yours sounds like a real iconoclast. Hope it continues to shake up the group.

You should have seen him when we were floating in the magical healing pool! Wee arms and legs outstretched!

This is another person with a leprechaun spirit guide.
Myths start somewhere. Many people have elemental spirit guide, meaning spirits that watch over natures elements.
I heard leprechauns are fond of music too.
