I took about an hour and a half and finished up my paper for my Diverse Communities class. Hooray! It's finally managed to make it to 15 pages, and I finished the bibliography so that it makes sense and is in alphabetical order. I wipe my hands of the whole thing until next Sunday when it is due. Now I can watch Six Feet Under in peace.
Special thanks to you, Elswhere, since I used a lot of material from the Working Together Project and the Community-Led Toolkit thing.
I guess we're having pizza tonight. The girls are still at Manny's house, but he was polite enough to call me to give me a head's up as to when he's bringing them over. I approve.
Oh I'm so glad it was helpful! I'm reading over the Toolkit right now, actually, and thinking about what it would be like to actually put all that into practice. (The v.couver organizer of that project is one of my sometime bosses.)
