I've had quite a bit of exercise today and it's done a lot toward making me less panicky. What else do I have to do but walk around? I can't seem to work very well. I have done some work on the editing, which has now ballooned to 298 pages (shit!) and is not finished (still have to edit June, July, August, and Sept, in which my mother dies.)
I'm thinking I'll be able to cut out large sections of text. First I have to figure out what's there, however.
Perhaps I'll go sit outside and read for a bit before I have to make dinner.
Last evening as I exercised with Denise, I kept thinking how unfair it is that I, who am pretty regular with exercise, am never able to bend myself into anything at all resembling a pretzel, while, you just go waltzing into yoga class and achieve near satori or whatever it's called. I am envious for that. One of these days I'll at least be able to do pose of the ballerina, I swear by the heavens above.

You can do the one where you lie flat on the ground, hands palm up. That's my favorite pose.
Besides, I can hardly walk on one knee today. Oh woe!
