And our daughters were wondering if the two of them would look like this, X number of years from now, together again at a blogging brunch.

Sort of, except by then laptops will have been replaced by something implanted, so instead of looking like two happy people typing away, it'll look like two happy people staring off into nothing. Bloggers will have come into their own, finally looking as crazy as the act itself.
Looking at the picture, this comes to mind: Hey! Eyes on your own screen! No copying!
