A complicated day, sort of. But only if you're me and you don't really feel like you want to get in and out of the car a dozen times. First, kids to school. Then home for a shower (let's be realistic... It's not going to happen before...) and onward to coffee with badass moms. Which hasn't happened for weeks! We're all back! It's no longer the Horrible Holidays!
And mid-coffee, I am off to the dentist for some periodontal torture.
Do you suppose today the loan person will call me back? Manny seems to have adopted the attitude that he won't pay attention to the whole house thing until you make him. I need someone to hold my hand. I will attempt to befriend the real estate agent. I hate situations where I am supposed to be on top of some kind of ulterior motives that everyone else has, because I'm so NOT. On top of it. I assume that everyone is working in my best interest. Perhaps this is okay as a stance in this situation? Or must I be armored and bitter?
My real estate agent really looked out for me, although he only looked at my tits while talking to me (or, more aptly, my breasts).
Here's the cool thing - you've got a good agent that was recommended to you by a good friend. She's getting a huge amount of money to look after your best interests. And don't forget about using Himself to look over paperwork. You're totally not alone in this, hear?
Call me anytime.
