We're drowsy around here. Downright languid. We ventured out to PalAlt to look at new glasses for Manny, and ended up in RWC looking at pedometers. i got a superrad glow in the dark analog model. Cool, man. Yeah.
I fantasize about really, really large photo printers. Professional models that print out POSTERS. Dude. That would be so great.
I'm sorry Dave, I can't open the pod bay door.
The company I work for used to sell such printers. They were a blast. V1ct0ria's Secret is one of our clients and we used need to print samples for them to sell them new printers.
If you can find someone who has one (small print shops and digital photo labs are a good bet) output costs ~$4-8 a square foot. They can print with UV-stable, non-water-soluble inks and on canvas and even Tyvek for indestructible banners.
And when hit the lotto and get that Digilix2, can I have one too?
