The stupid cat peed in each of the heater vents in the downstairs bathroom and in the dining room, and now the house smells like cat pee. I poured vinegar down the vents and then reached my hand in with a towel as far as I could go, but still, it persists. She's still not peeing on the carpet, but this is just as complicated, I'm afraid. ARrrrrrgh.
So I woke up kind of excited because of my interview. I will find out about the job and see if I am a good candidate for it. I'm scared, too, which I hope doesn't get in the way. Sometimes my voice echoes in my head and I'm hyperaware of myself, and it means I'm not listening to the other person any more but just reacting in the moment to my own fear. But if I can punch through that sensation I think I'll do okay.
Got to wake up Sophie and bring her to volleyball. The girls are starting to like the camp more. They seem to make the drills fun. Maybe today they'll play a game.
Good luck with the interview!! I'm sure you'll do great.

I think you can buy plastic vent covers at the hardware store, the kind that are curved so the air blows to the side, rather than straight up. Maybe it would be enough to deter her from wetting there?

I went and got some placemats to cover up the vents, and it seems to be deterring her for now at least.
