Well, it'll take at least a week to get my new hard drive installed and the operating system too. I didn't leave my computer there because I didn't know whether I had apple care or not, and it turns out I do have it, so it's all an enormous hassle that will be ameliorated next monday when I bring it in. Meanwhile I bought MS office student edition for my computer so I can use powerpoint.
It took me the entire morning to do all that. Now I have an operational computer with the right programs, but I haven't done any work at all. Balderdash.
Heard back from the stafnord people who wanted me to call instead, so I actually picked up the phone and left a message. Brave me! I want free testing of my daughters to make sure they don't have bipolar. I am pretty sure they don't, but what would I know? I only know my own diagnosis and nothing more. I've had my own diagnosis confirmed about a billion times by different doctors in the last two years.
Time to get a tiny bit of practice in.
