SOS! Financial People! Help!

Okay, now I'm totally confused. The real estate agent had two different brokers call me. Shall I give my information to both of them? Am I actually applying for a loan at this point, or am I just shopping? Does it show up on my credit report?

Someone tell me quick. I have to call the second one back soon. Manny is nowhere to be found and besides, he knows as little as I do about this. I know! I'll go to the library!

did you ever get your answer? i wuold say call them both back, they can give you different deals and rates. but it's probably too late now!

I ended up asking my real estate agent. Turns out she was quite happy to tell me all about it. You don't commit to anything until the actual signing of things.
